The location was very good.
Taxis. Can't accerss hotel- have to take owm luggage through stteets. The room was cramped amd ahabblily furnished. Bathroom tiny - had to sit sideways to use toilet.. Very expensive for what it. Was. Restaurant service very poor. This hotel is just a tourist trap (room 43 offers no value for money

It has unbeatable location to see a large museum. And it's not too far away from downtown.

Strongly recommend for a quick weekend visit
Really good location, really good service, the room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, great to relax after a long journey, while the breakfast offered a great variety that catered to all tastes.
Nothing all good

Decor of hotel. Beautiful old building. Excellent Location. Could hardly be better for visiting the old city. It is a small, quiet hotel, not an "international" hotel. No TV in rooms (which pleased us, it is not a criticism). Friendly staff. Large garden (although in March it was a bit too cold to sit out much.).
Not having coffee/tea making facilities in the room (a small point)

The units are wonderfully decorated with breakfast. Plus, the location is great and stunning, minutes from Sultanahmet District Square. The staff are outstandingly friendly and affable, managed the parking next to the hotel...

Staying here was excellent, thanks to the amazing staff's attentive service. Mehmet and Fatih were really good. The breakfast buffet featured delicious homemade cakes, a good treat each morning. While the overall atmosphere was cute, the room's soundproofing could use some improvement, and the shower pressure was inconsistent. Nonetheless, the beautiful design of the room made up for it.

It was just a well-suited match for a flash visit in Istanbul with excellent value for money. Soaking in the private hamam after a day of exploring was a real treat. Take a short walk to the nearby ferry port for easy sightseeing.

A perfect boutique hotel in the very centre of the old city. Each room filled with antiques and individually decorated. A glorious garden in which to dine, filled with trees and birds and flowers and an ancient marble fountain. Lovely greenhouse. Perfect staff. Miraculously and happily there is no television. Would recommend to anyone who has an ounce of romance in their soul.

A very friendly hotel in a wonderful location, and a lovely building lovingly restored and therefore quite atmospheric. If there is one criticism then it is that our standard double room could have been a little bigger. However this is a minor criticism as the room was perfectly adequate and more than compensated for by the hotel being so covenient for most things a visitor to Istanbul would wish to see.Highly commended.
